Shipping

How long does it take for an order to be shipped? 

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for shipping. 

How long will it take me to get my package?

At this time, the only shipping option is via USPS First Class Mail, through a bubble mailer and a tracking number will be included with your order. 

In the US, First Class mail shipping time takes approximately 2-5 business days after being dropped off at the post office. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual. Your patience and understanding during these times are greatly appreciated. 

If the package is shipping internationally, shipping will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Shipping times are approximate and does not include delays that may occur during the shipping process. 

For international mail, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I'd like to make an international order but don't see my country listed!

If this happens, please contact me and I will add your country to my shipping list. 

I gave you the wrong address, can you change it?

Please make sure that your address is correct at the time of you placing your order.

If your item hasn't been shipped, send me an email immediately and we can attempt to fix it. 

I cannot be held responsible for any items sent to the wrong address. If you have given me the wrong address, and the item is sent back to me, you will need to pay shipping again should the item be returned to me. I am responsible for your order until it reaches the Post Office. Once they have accepted the package, its contents are out of my control and no longer my responsibility. I will provide you with a tracking number for ease of mind.

Returns/Refunds

My item is damaged/lost. 

If this happens to you, please reach out to me immediately and send me a picture of the damage. This helps me improve my packaging in the future so it doesn't happen again. 

We can discuss our options, included but not limited to, filing a claim with USPS, partial refunds, store credit, etc. 

I'm not happy with my order. Can I get a refund? 

Please contact me if there is a problem with your order. 

Due to the nature of the items being shipped, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
